The products available are all handmade in small batches to ensure maximum quality.

During the summer and autumn the source for much of the raw materials are the naturally grown produce from my garden. While I do not use artificial pesticides except in an absolute emergency, I therefore cannot claim to be organic, but I do try to avoid spraying crops. Clearly some produce is never available locally, but I try to use as much locally sourced raw materials as possible.
